احمدحسین فلاحی، با اشاره به مبحث حقوق و دستمزد کارگران در سال ۱۴۰۰ بیان داشت: پیش از بیان هر نکتهای باید گفت که برای نخستین بار است که شاهد حضور نمایندگان کارگری در سلسله جلسات تعیین حقوق و دستمزد هستیم.
He clarified: ما باید حداقل حقوق و دستمزد را برای کارگران مدنظر قرار دهیم.
فلاحی با اشاره به افزایش نرخ تورم بیان داشت: با توجه به افزایش نرخ تورم باید حداقل حقوق را برای کارگران طوری محاسبه کنیم که معیشت آنها به خطر نیافتد.
این نماینده بیان داشت: همچنین قانون در زمینه تعیین حقوق و دستمرد باید به نحوی اعمال شود که کارفرمایان بر اثر فشاری که به آنها وارد میشود، روبه تعطیلی نروند.
این نماینده مجلس اظهارداشت: We have to consider the two sides of the equation in the context of determining the salaries and wages of workers in 1400; Therefore, we can eliminate the shortcomings in this sector by providing facilities to workers and employers.
وی اظهارداشت: تعیین حقوق و دستمزد باید به طور کارشناسانه مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
